SENIOR PASTOR
Dave Schneider
Dave Schneider serves at Conroe Bible Church as Senior Pastor. (Fun fact: Dave started out as the CBC Youth Pastor in 1987.) He graduated from Wheaton College with a liberal arts degree. After traveling around Europe with a childhood friend, Dave earned a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has also done doctoral work at Talbot School of Theology. Dave is passionate about people coming to Christ and experiencing the riches of His grace.
Dave married Gwen in 1989 and they have four grown children, Karis, Meg, Nate (married to Megan), and Evangeline, plus one grandson, Mason. Born and raised in Dallas, Dave is a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoys sports, spending time with family, and traveling to the mountains.
CHILDREN’S PASTOR
Adam Shelburne
Adam came to CBC as Children’s Pastor in January of 2022. A northeast Texas native, he has served on staff at churches in Texas and Arkansas since 2006. He attended East Texas Baptist University and Southwestern Seminary.
Adam is passionate about discipling children and partnering with parents in the faith development of their children. His greatest joy is walking alongside families as their children take steps in following Christ. In addition to leading CBC Kids, Adam is involved in the worship ministry.
Adam has two nieces and four nephews and enjoys spending time with his family. He has one cat, Fatima, and enjoys ornamental gardening, cooking, singing, and playing the piano.
YOUTH PASTOR
Noah Wilson
Noah serves as the Youth Pastor at Conroe Bible Church and is passionate about spending time with students and teaching the truths of God’s Word. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Noah has served as a resident at Park Cities Baptist Church and currently serves in the Air Force Reserves as a Chaplain. Noah has a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Dallas Baptist University.
Noah has been married to his lovely wife, Frances, since 2021 and they enjoy being outdoors, kayaking, cooking, and taking care of their dog, Flower. Noah also enjoys baking, reading, working out, and exploring new places and new ideas.
Elder Team
Elders are men appointed by God to shepherd, teach, and provide spiritual oversight for the local church. They are accountable to Scripture and to the congregation they serve, committed to leading by example in faith and godliness. (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:6-9; 1 Peter 5:1-4)
Deacon Team
Deacons serve the practical and administrative needs of the church, freeing the elders to focus on prayer and the ministry of the Word. They are servant-leaders whose faithful work supports and strengthens the life of the congregation. (Acts 6:1-7; 1 Timothy 3:8-13)
